DO NOT BUY ! Complete rip off !!! Trust me , I don’t usually do reviews but this was well needed I was looking for review and didn’t believe some bad ones but I’m Very disappointed with this stepper , I had good hopes but it did not last at all, after one use I noticed it was tracking then stopped , after doing 20 mins I noticed when I picked it up residue and oil when I looked under the hydraulics were leaking and the nozzle to spin was not working as well. I toke everything apart and put back together maybe thought I put it wrong but nope , quality is very cheap. I did like it was quiet and sturdy but I regret buyingas I can not use it ! I’m going to go through more trouble and spend more money to return it just to get the exact amount I paid before taxes which is a complete loss ! Off to get a box and label to addd to my errands and to wait in a postal office .

I was wanting a stair stepper, but didn't want to pay an arm and leg for one, so I found this and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It's very durable, not cheaply made at all, and it definitely gives your legs a workout!! You can adjust the resistance and it also comes with the resistance bands for your arms. I'm very pleased with this purchase!!!!!

I ordered this mini stepper for my office and the color combo looked cute. When the package arrived, I immediately noticed broken plastic pieces inside the box as soon as I opened it. The stepping pad was cracked right at the screw mount. I requested a replacement, but the second unit arrived with the exact same issue! The plastic pad cracked in the same spot.
At this point it’s obvious the problem isn’t random. The plastic used for the stepping pads is too thin, and the way the product is packed doesn’t protect the pads from pressure during shipping. Both boxes had loose plastic fragments, and neither unit survived transit.
I wasn’t able to use either stepper, so I can’t comment on performance, but based on the build quality and repeated damage, I cannot recommend this product. The manufacturer needs to improve both the material strength and the packaging before this will be reliable.

I received one and thinking it was just broken, I exchanged it. Same thing. This will not work for thinner people and is made for obese people only. You have to have a substantial amount of body weight for this to work properly.
My legs are super in shape and this is like pushing down a brick wall bc it is filled with too much hydraulic fluid. The steps always don't come back up so it wont count them either regardless of ease pressing them down. Adjusting it does nothing.
I really like the quality of this item and would absolutely love it if it wasnt intense mode only. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning 2 just like the other person. I think there are suspicious reviews on here, like the ones claiming kids used it. There's absolutely no way a child could do it even with their entire weight on one pedal.

It broke in 3 days and I’m 120 so it’s definitely not my weight and the screws barely fit, and the wheel it came with it broke the wire to make the steps go up and down, very very cheap material for the price to be this high you’ll have better quality from a$12 dollar machine do not buy
