Why can’t I switch light colors? Why do the lights change automatically?

Press and hold the power button to turn on the mask. Briefly press it to switch colors. After cycling through all 7 colors, Auto Mode starts, and colors change automatically. Press the button briefly again to return to Manual Mode.
